What we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number and password (stored encrypted).
• Pet details: name, photo, species, breed, age, weight and medical notes.
• Visit records, prescriptions and vaccination history created by our doctors.
• Order details: delivery address, contact number and items purchased.
• Location, only when you choose to share it for deliveries or emergencies.

How we use it

• To provide appointments, treatment, deliveries and emergency help.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and order updates by SMS and in-app notification.
• To send offers and pet-health tips, only if you opt in. You can turn these off in your profile at any time.

Who can see it

Your pet's medical information is visible only to you, the doctors treating your pet and authorised clinic staff. We never sell your data. Card details are never stored by us.

Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and audit logs to protect your information.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account from Profile & Settings. Medical records may be kept in anonymised form where required for clinical record-keeping.
