1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the WeCare Pet Clinic website and services. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and verify your mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One phone number can be linked to only one account.

3. Appointments

• Bookings are subject to doctor availability. Some services require confirmation by the doctor.
• You may cancel or reschedule online free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. After that, please call the clinic.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
• Clinical and grooming services are paid at the clinic unless stated otherwise.

4. Shop orders

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are confirmed at checkout.
• Orders can be cancelled until they are packed.
• Unopened accessories and grooming products may be returned within 7 days. Medicine and food cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Prescription medicine is only supplied against a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian.

5. Emergency service

The emergency request feature helps alert our team quickly but is not a replacement for calling the clinic. First-aid guidance is general information only and does not replace professional veterinary advice.

6. Liability

We take every reasonable care in treating your pet. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.
